3 cups spelt flour

Pinch sea salt

½ cup date sugar

1 tsp baking soda

3 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

½ cup grapeseed oil


4 cups fresh blueberries

2 tbsp lime juice

¼ cup agave

2 finely chopped tart apples

1 tbsp sea moss gel


Preheat the oven at 350 F.

Grease and line with parchment paper a 13x 9 baking pan.


In a small bowl whisk together the gel, agave & lime juice, then add the apples & blueberries and set aside.

In a large bowl, place the flour, sugar, salt & baking soda. Whisk them together, then add the oil and lime juice. Using your fingertips mix the ingredients until it resembles fine bread crumbs.

Divide the mixture into two portions. Press the one potion of crumble mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Then, evenly pour on filling mixture over the crust. Next, evenly sprinkle the second portion of crumble over the filling.

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Allow bars to cool before cutting them.
